Chris Williams
BHPA Chief Development Instructor of High Sierras BHPA development school (405). Trained with Dean Crosby at Active edge in 1994. Came out to southern Spain in the same year. Taking my first guided group in 1995. The most experienced paragliding guide in the area coaching and guiding since 1995.
I enjoy all aspects of paragliding, with cross-country and hike & fly being my top favorites. As a regular cross-country pilot, I, along with our XC guides, are the only British guides who have flown over 100km from local sites and to both the Mediterranean (70km) and the Atlantic (90km) from local sites. I’ve also flown cross-country worldwide, including over Mont Blanc in 2019. I guide in various countries such as France, Switzerland, Portugal, Colombia, Morocco, and India.
Outside of paragliding, I’m an avid cyclist, former climber, motorbike rider, hill walker, and bird watcher, particularly enjoying the raptors in the area. Anything outdoors is where I’m happiest.

Lynn Williams
Runs the non flying side of our business, looking after our guest accommodation or helping out on launch and the retrieve driver picking up pilots from their days flying.
Although Lynn does not fly she is a keen bird watcher and enjoys flying on the tandem paraglider with the Griffon Vultures. Also enjoys walks in the country side and same as me enjoying the outside life.
Flying is our passion. Our mission is to teach, coach, and most importantly, inspire every pilot who visits us to paraglide in Algodonales.

FAI Ippi Card
FAI APPI is a global network of schools and flight centers. An International Pilot Proficiency Information (IPPI) Card serves as proof of your flying experience and proficiency, allowing you to convert your rating to that of your home country.
